Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction, developing comprehensive business plans, and leading organizations to successful market launches—most notably spearheading the rollout of an innovative fuel-saving technology.
He is a former FINRA-registered Compliance Officer with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and risk management. Additionally, he served as the company’s original Investor Relations Manager, where he built and maintained strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating the company’s vision and value to the investment community.
Known for his strategic insight, leadership, and ability to execute at a high level, he continues to drive growth and innovation across every organization he supports.
TJ Sivewright
Vice President of Sales
With more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, TJ has established a proven track record of success across both operations and sales. As an entrepreneur, he founded and scaled a logistics and same-day courier company into one of the largest courier services in Arkansas, securing major national accounts such as Dillard’s, Office Depot, AutoZone, and others.
Beyond his entrepreneurial achievements, he brings over two decades of expertise in logistics sales and leadership. He has been instrumental in driving growth at The Hydrogen Group, where he successfully built and led a national sales organization, significantly expanding market presence and revenue opportunities.
Jeff Bradshaw
Lead Engineer
Our Lead engineer, Jeff Bradshaw, spent many years working as an engineer with Isuzu Motors, where he was involved in one of the company’s early initiatives exploring the use of hydrogen in automobiles. That experience sparked a lasting passion for hydrogen as a transportation fuel.
He has remained enthusiastic about the technology ever since and is particularly excited that hydrogen has now become a major focus within the automotive and energy industries. Today, he is proud to contribute his expertise to advancing hydrogen solutions in transportation. His son currently works as an engineer with Tesla, Inc., continuing the family’s involvement in cutting-edge innovation.
